Procedure STA balie
Zodra u de bagage in ontvangst hebt genomen begeeft u zich direct naar de STA balie. Heeft u alleen handbagage? Dan kunt u direct vanuit de aankomsthal naar de STA balie gaan. Bij de STA balie aangekomen meldt u zich daar direct. Onze chauffeur bevindt zich op dat moment in de chauffeurs wachtruimte van de STA balie. Wanneer u zich heeft gemeld, krijgt de chauffeur dit bericht door van de STA Balie. Vanaf de wachtruimte tot de STA-balie heeft de chauffeur zo’n 10 minuten nodig om bij u voor te rijden. De chauffeur meldt zich eveneens bij de STA balie, uw naam wordt dan omgeroepen, de balie medewerk(st)er verwijst u vervolgens naar de chauffeur. Het is dus noodzakelijk dat u na uw melding na bij de wachtruimte bij de STA balie blijft. Bij calamiteiten kunt u altijd contact opnemen met VIPBUS.nl / ABC-Specials op: +31(13)507 7 507.

Procedure STA desk

From the waiting room to the STA desk, the driver needs about 10 minutes to arrive at the desk. As soon as the driver arrives at the Desk, your name will be called and can you meet the driver.
